Trash Chute Cleaning Services
Multi-story buildings, such as apartment buildings and hospitals may have a trash chute where occupants can throw their trash away from the upper floors without descending to the lower floors. You can post all kinds of signs around the chute that their trash must be contained in tied trash bags, but there will always be those occupants who take those rules very lightly. Even if they follow the rules, an overly packed trash bag can tear or break on the way down.
If it’s a multi-story building, the dumpster has been cleaned, and the dumpster pad has been cleaned but the stink is still there, the next place that will need to be cleaned is the chute.
